we got our dog from a shelter too :'3...nothing makes you feel better about your life than adopting an older dog.
Ours was a little over a year old when we bought her, but she was soooo pretty ;A;...
I asked that forever until somebody mentioned that sometimes the owners die and there's nobody left to take care of the dog.
which is worse ;^;
and well..we liked this puppy...but well..other people were interested in her as well..and then we saw this dog...which is 5 years old..everybody seemed to play with her and everything..just giving her hopes and then they put her again in her cage..it was so sad man....and well...she was left by her owner...which made it even sadder!! so we took her instead of a puppy...
we are treating her like a queen right now XD
